We have specific protocols to decrease any potential spread of infection. Here are some of our protocols:


  • We require masks to be worn at all times

  • All coaches and participants are given a temperature check when they arrive

  • Anyone reading at 100.4° or higher will not be admitted

  • Everyone must wash their hands before getting on obstacles

  • Obstacles are disinfected after every training session

  • We thoroughly disinfect eating/break areas, water dispensers, all door handles, knobs, etc. using industrial grade products

  • Doors around the gym are kept open to create cross ventilation and bring in fresh bay air  

  • We'll remind people to practice physical distancing and stay 6' apart
