CLASSES
We offer classes for all aspiring ninjas and athletes!
All of our classes are run by certified Traverse Coaches, and we teach the techniques it took pro ninjas years of trial and error to learn!

Learn fundamental skills necessary to tackle signature American Ninja Warrior obstacles like the Warped Wall, Shrinking Steps, and Block Run!
BEGINNER CLASS
Ages 6 to 15
Each class begins with a coach-led Warmup, where we prepare our body and mind for the fun challenges of the day. We then teach technique two Obstacles per class, one lower-body obstacle, and an upper-body obstacle, and finish with Strength Conditioning.
We run a cycle of 6 classes in 6 weeks, and each 7th week we run Level Testing, where they get to test their progress on Obstacle, Strength, and Mindset to earn a Level Headband.
ADVANCED CLASS
Ages 6+
Must have achieved Level 3 or higher in Level Testing (increasing to Level 4 this August)!

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
1. Everyone entering our facility MUST complete a waiver (this includes participants and spectators). Complete our waiver online ahead of time for a smooth check-in.

2. We provide free WiFi for all our guests!

3. Children MUST be at least six (6) years old to participate. This is required by our insurance carrier and includes classes, open gym, parties, camps, and Pro Team!

4. For safety, participants must wear lace-up athletic footwear (no slip-ons or sandals). Comfortable, athletic attire is also recommended.

5. Our gym is lucky to have huge, 50-foot ceilings! The drawback to all that space is that it can get quite cold in the winter, even with all our heaters on. Please dress accordingly!

5. You may bring outside food and drink, but celebrating with cake and ice cream requires a birthday party reservation. To keep our space clean, no food or drink is allowed on the gym floor at any time, and must be kept in designated eating areas.
